Meet Dr. Donna Jubin, MD, BSc. Anatomy, CCFP, Medical Director and founder of Bella Sante MD Cosmetic and Laser Clinic.
Dr. Donna Jubin is the visionary, founder and Medical Director of Saskatchewan’s premier cosmetic and laser clinic and she has been in practice for over 25 years. Dr. Jubin is very passionate about her work and strives to offer each and every patient the most up-to-date nonsurgical procedures to achieve the most natural and radiant results. After studying at the University of Saskatchewan, College of Medicine and achieving her Bachelor of Anatomy, Dr. Jubin went on to complete a residency in Family Medicine focusing primarily on women’s health and obstetrics. “I always knew I wanted to be a Doctor – I love science, studying and taking care of people”.
Cosmetic and Laser medicine is the perfect fit for Dr. Jubin because it allows her to combine her medical and scientific knowledge with her artistic gifts and passion to help people be the best that they can be.
Dr. Jubin became keenly interested and fascinated with Laser Medicine combined with Dermatology and in 2006 decided to refocus her career. She travelled across North America and do a great deal of personal research to attain the necessary training. Dr. Jubin is considered to be a true pioneer in the Cosmetic Laser Medicine field and industry. Bella Sante MD Cosmetic and Laser Clinic has been the first on many occasions to offer cutting edge technology not only to Saskatchewan, but to Canada. Dr. Jubin continues to be passionate and travels regularly to attend conferences in Canada, the USA and abroad to remain up-to-date on all the latest research and emerging technology.

Bella Sante MD Cosmetic and Laser Clinic was proud to be part of the Saskatoon Star Phoenix Beautiful You makeover team for over 6 years. This was an amazing project helping women transform into being the best that they can be. We look forward to beginning another makeover in the coming year.
In November 2014 Allergan launched its Brilliant Distinctions™ rewards program in Canada and in less than a year Bella Sante MD Cosmetic and Laser Clinic attained #1 status in all of Canada for enrollments and redemptions. This clinic, right here in Saskatchewan has caught national attention!
